In such cases, any payments will be refunded.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, etc.).
  • earthenPot does not store or have access to your card or banking details.
  • In case of payment failure, orders will not be processed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; we will keep you informed.
  • Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to you upon delivery.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Returns: Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Certain items (e.g., perishable, customized, or clearance products) may not be returnable—this will be specified on the product page.
  • Refunds: Once the returned product is inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • earthenPot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or services.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.
  • Product misuse or use contrary to instructions voids liability.
