Return Policy

Products must be returned to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Please include the courier receipt, invoice, and any other documents received with the product.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected successfully, earthenPot will initiate the refund to your original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, or wallet) within 7–10 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped/dispatched.
Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, customers may still request a return as per our return policy above.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

earthenPot ships products across India.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of placement.
We do not ship on Sundays and National Holidays.
For areas covered by reputed couriers, delivery is expected within 3–4 business days after shipping.
For remote or non-courier serviceable areas, delivery may take 7–10 business days.
Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics challenges beyond our control. In such cases, we request your patience and cooperation.
earthenPot reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion if delivery timelines cannot be met or if shipments become untraceable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
